For the first time in close to a month, I feel a little better

You'll remember from my posts before the holidays that I came down with something resembling the flu. I got over it mid-way through my vacation with family in NC only to come down with something resembling a cold 2 days later. A few days later I was on a plane to CES, sick as a dog. Of course I didn't cancel any meetings at CES and pulled the usual 8AM - 1AM workdays, so my condition didn't get any better at CES. I got back to CT feeling a little better, but then I developed a whole new case of symptoms. Mike, our resident doc here at AT, thought I had a case of walking pneumonia - but so far a lot of nyquil and robitussin has put me in a state of feeling somewhat better for the first time in almost a month.
The unfortunate side effect of the nyquil is that now I'm basically completely nocturnal. I go to bed at around 7AM and I wake up sometime in the afternoon. It's great for getting work done, but it's bad for actually getting work done with other people - since most of AT happens to be asleep when I'm up (and most of the computing world that I deal with for that matter).
That being said, now that I'm feeling a bit better it's time to get back to work. So I whipped out the ol' to-do list and I went to town on everything it is that needs to be done. I'm going to take one more night easy just to make sure I don't relapse into another month-long cold, but then once I'm sure I'm better, it's time to work like there's no tomorrow.
I could copy my to-do list here but I'd much rather just get the work done and get it published without making any promises. There's nothing I hate more than words that aren't backed up by actions, and I always feel horrible when I fall victim to doing just that. AnandTech is very much an extension of me personally and as such it's something that holds me to fairly high standards.
All of January isn't lost, and I may just have a few interesting articles up my sleeve for all to enjoy.
Take care and thanks for being patient with my sick lil self :)
